Although we do ask that you read the ingredients on all items to make sure the product is the right fit for you. All of our staff is trained to provide additional information about any products. We also have many delicious recipes and tips on hand if you are feeling adventurous.

There are several different categories which most gluten free foods fall under. Non-gluten containing items, certified gluten free, and allergy/gluten free foods. Depending on your level of sensitivity you may choose to only eat foods from certain categories.

Non-gluten containing items are foods the manufacturer will not certify as gluten free but the actual ingredients do not contain obvious gluten. There are no extra practices put in place at the processing facility to ensure the product is free of cross contamination.

Certified gluten free foods are foods which the manufacturer states are gluten free. They go to extra lengths to make sure there is no gluten in the raw materials or the finished product. Many manufacturers have their products third party tested to assure there is no gluten.

Allergy/gluten free foods are foods manufactured in a facility which is free of specified offending ingredients. There is no threat of cross contamination because these facilities do not allow any of the offending foods into their plants.
