Practice a 2 to 1 breathing. Allow your exhale to twice as long as your inhale. It is amazing how relaxed you feel afterward.

Drinking fruit juice can actually raise your blood sugar. There is a lot of sugar present even in 100% fruit juice. Instead eat the actual fruit. This way the fiber will slow down the uptake of sugar in your body and you will get 100% of the nutrients as well.
